Building and
maintaining electrical substations is large-scale, intensive and
complicated work. That’s why major electricity providers like the
Bonneville Power Administration and PacifiCorp consistently turn to the
expertise of Tice Electric to make sure that their projects are
completed safely, professionally, and on time.

The Power Resources
Division is a major operating arm of Tice Electric Company, specializing
in our service to the utility, transit, and heavy industry community.
We’ve completed projects all across the Northwest and California,
including the construction of 500kV series capacitor banks at the
Columbia,
Shultz and Bell Substations in Eastern Washington and the installation
of a 500kV transformer bank at the Metcalf Substation to serve the
future needs of San Jose and the Silicon Valley area. We've also
worked on wind and green power projects like the Talbot Switchyard, a
new 230kV switchyard for Pacific Power in support of the Marengo Wind
Project.
In the 1990’s, the Power
Resources Division of Tice Electric established a reputation of
competitiveness, quality workmanship, and on time performance. We fully
intend to carry this legacy into the 21st century.
